went to the eastpak tour a few years ago in norwich,had never of flogging molly before but they blew me away….i`ve never seen a live performance like that. anyone that likes live music needs to witness dave and the crew….they are incredible! great song…too many favourites to choose one.and i love dkm..totally different band.
Though a big fan of theirs for quite a while, I saw them live early 2010 on one of the worst days I’ve had in many years. They lifted me up, rocked it out, and made it all better. I’m glad they didn’t play this song though. Every time they started a new song, I was afraid it might have been this one… I’d have cried like a little girl for sure.
my first time seeing them live was the first time i had even heard their music. I fell in love! I remembered them playing this song specifically. I even sang along toward the end! Flogging Molly is too real for radio. That is the best compliment I can think of. Their music is fun, emotional, deep, and did I mention fun?? Nobody can touch them. And people need to stop comparing them to the Dropkick Murphys. I own every album of both of them and they have very different styles!
