Pablo “Chino” Nunez: How to Play the Basics of Cha-Cha-Cha

In this lesson, respected New York City producer and musician Pablo “Chino” Nunez teaches the basic rhythms of the Cha-cha-cha, using a variety of percussion instruments including congas, bongos, timbales, maracas, and guiro. Taken from his full length DVD, The Rhythmic Construction of a Salsa Tune, Volume 1, Chino shows how to play the basic rhythms of the Cha-cha-cha, Son montuno, Guaracha and Latin rock. He also illustrates the relationships between the instruments and how they work together to construct the rhythm of Salsa music
