    using your own body weight is different from weights. just because one can do X #’s of… for example… bench presses doesn’t mean they can do that same # of pushups as easy without training the body first.

    @BJJANDKARATE I accidentally thumbs downed you, but I completely agree! Most people do not have the knowledge to get that big, nor do they have the budget to consume 5000-7000 calories a day to maintain that size. It’s all marketing that caters to men. We equate massive size with power and control, when in reality, there are plenty of linebacker bodied guys out there who could kick the everyloving shit out of Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman..don’t sleep on this type of training kids!…

    @hollayo666 no dude this is real good, and you cant really take weights with you if your a seasoned traveller now can you. its made to be convinient and to give you a workout when you dont have any equiptment.. and pushups squats and crunches just dont cut it sometimes

    iv just tried this trx for the first time im normally a weights guy would like to say this takes fitness to a whole other lvl dont no if im gonna be able to walk tomorrow
