平心而理,健身要有說服力並不是你有一兩張健身教練證書就有說服力,假如你本身 根本沒有size也沒有線條,根本沒說服力,再多的理論,別人也有懷疑,因為事實勝於雄辯,沒有一副較為完美的身型,當教練去教人,這根本是久缺說服力,難以服眾。
