    Interesting products. Can it be she is having energy problems because she is not eating enough? Or unbalanced such as too much one time and too little another time. You don’t expect an exercise instructor to have energy problems…

    There are several natural compounds that help to support the adrenal glands. Licorice root is a widely accepted herb to help support these delicate organs as are other “adaptogenic” herbs. This tea may help to offset or prevent the symptoms of adrenal fatigue, but a complete reversal depends on the degree of your symptoms.

    First is dandelion root tea; second is licorice (also spelled liquorice) root tea.

    Hi Robyn, Dandelion root tea isn’t too bad actually. Not bitter, and a pretty mild flavor. It’s not hot chocolate, but not too bad. Let us know what you think!
