Somebody should sample Rowlf’s out of tune piano and make a song out of it, I think.
From 4:09 to 4:27, Rowlf says he can’t write songs with his piano out of tune, but as he grows up, his adult self says he loves out of tune pianos (“Muppet Family Christmas”). Ironic, isn’t it?
And Rowlf is right. All of The Muppets are good at songs, both at writing them and singing them (as the Muppet movies and Muppet Show series attest to).
“Someday you’ll find it. The Rainbow Connection. For the lovers the dreamers and you.”~Kermit
Case in point.
yes gonzo was being sarcastic he always is that’s his character. And yes when kermit and rowlf said what they said to each other they weren’t being sencre just polite there always polite because there supose to be the oldest
Too bad we can’t all legally make stamps like Rowlf did. (it would be a heck of a lot cheaper)
Fozzie says the strangest things sometimes-3:25-3:37
And they all think Gonzo’s the weird one
Love how Bunsen & Beaker pimped out Rowlf’s ride…I mean piano XD
Also Animal must have a strong back to run on all fours with the piano
I miss this show lol
Muppet Babies always did an exceptional job blending animation and live action sequences. Now wonder I watched this cartoon more than anything else.
LOL go to h***l
The only reason I like Howie mandel’s animal and bunsen voices better than Dave Coulier’s Animal and Bunsen voices is because they are much easier to imitate.
Piggy’s joke was funnier
Bad joke Fozzie
Between 4:48 and 4:51 I could see Beaker in his usual baby blue outfit instead of that auto-mechanic outfit.
rowlf’s stamp maker is pretty ingenious.
1:23 is very funny when Gonzo whoas and honked his nose
sounds more like jealousy rather than sarcasm
Gonzo usually sounds a little sarcastic but it’s just his voice. Of course they really meant what they said they would never insult Rowlf!!
I don’t think we nitpick on shows because we hate them, it’s to find out what we can spot wrong..
yeah, and it ruins the fun for the rest of us.
At 6:05 “that was great Rowlf”, and “you’ll win for sure” said by Kermit, and Gonzo respectively made me wonder if the remarks were meant to be sarcastic.
Gonzo sounded like he did not mean it when he said “you’ll win for sure”. And Kermit’s delivery of “that was great Rowlf” sounded like he did not mean it eaither.
Gonzo and Kermits tone of voice sounded as if to say “you song sucked Rowlf, and you don’t have a good chance of winning”.
I just love to nitpick on observations!
